Advertising on the Grand Lodge Website

Greetings All Lodges, Chapters, all Affiliated Bodies of Prince Hall Masonry, brothers and sisters, A reminder, if  your organization has an upcoming function/event, you can advertise it on the Grand Lodge website.  All Lodges, Chapters, and  Affiliated Bodies of Prince Hall Freemasonry, are authorized to advertise on the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Ohio website.

When submitting an advertisement, please submit only those materials which will send a positive message about your organizations, such as information on fund-raisers, parades, fairs, car-washes, charitable dinners, sports tournaments, hotel reservations, ticket requests, special meals, patron lists, transportation requests, souvenir journals ad contracts, etc...


THE SERVICE IS FREE  TO ALL LODGES, CHAPTERS, AND AFFILIATED BODIES OF PRINCE HALL MASONRY
By posting advertisements, on our website, the information becomes available for view/download  by your customers on a 24 hour basis.

Dear Ohio Prince Hall Family,

           Dates and times of the MWPHGL of Ohio’s “All Male Chorus”, rehearsals, are listed below. Any Brother who would like to join, please contact me asap (see contact info above).

All Male Chorus Rehearsal Schedule

  1. Saturday, July 20th Noon till 3:00 pm @ Mt Zion Baptist Church, Woodlawn. 10180      Woodlawn Blvd. Cincinnati, Oh. 45215
  2. Saturday, July 27th 9:00 am till Noon.   Mt Zion Baptist Church,      Woodlawn. 10180 Woodlawn Blvd. Cincinnati, Ohio. 45215
  3. Saturday August 3rd.      “Hayes Ballroom”. (AKA Grand Ballroom) Downtown Renaissance Hotel.      Columbus, Ohio. Time TBD

  • Please plan to be in place early on Sunday morning to      lightly go over the selections, prior to the start of the Devine Service.      Time TBD.

Ohio Golden Circle Proclamation and Banquet Information

ANNOUNCEMENT October 26-27, 2019

  

PROCLAMATION 

To: The Grand Loyal Lady Associate Ruler, Past Grand Loyal Lady Rulers, Grand Officers, Present & Past, Loyal Lady Rulers, Officers and Loyal Ladies of the Ohio Grand Assembly, Order of the Golden Circle Greetings: 

Whereas, the Deputy of the Orient of Ohio, S.G.I.G. Carl A Williams, 33°, has proclaimed the Annual Session of the Ohio Council of Deliberation will convene on Saturday and Sunday, October 26-27, 2019 at The Quality Inn Blue Ash, 5901 Pfieffer Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45242. Be therefore advised that the 48th Annual Session of the Ohio Grand Assembly, Order of the Golden Circle, P.H.A, Northern Jurisdiction will convene on Saturday October 26th and concluding on Sunday October 27, 2019 at the same site. 

Advance Registration is Forty ($40.00) dollars. On-Site Registration is Fifty ($50.00) dollars. Advance Registration is Twelve ($12.00) dollars and On-Site Registration is Twenty ($20.00) dollars for Past State Grand Loyal Lady Rulers. The Registration Fee includes breakfast on Sunday morning. A paid up dues card must be presented with the On-Site Registration. All Loyal Ladies who are eligible to vote must register with the Credential Committee. Deadline date for Advance Registration is Saturday, October 19, 2019. For Hotel Reservations call the hotel direct at (513) 793-4500. Room rate is One hundred sixteen ($99.00) dollars plus tax per night. For the special rate please mention “Ohio Council of Deliberation".
