Advertising on the Grand Lodge Website

Greetings All Lodges, Chapters, all Affiliated Bodies of Prince Hall Masonry, brothers and sisters, A reminder, if  your organization has an upcoming function/event, you can advertise it on the Grand Lodge website.  All Lodges, Chapters, and  Affiliated Bodies of Prince Hall Freemasonry, are authorized to advertise on the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Ohio website.

When submitting an advertisement, please submit only those materials which will send a positive message about your organizations, such as information on fund-raisers, parades, fairs, car-washes, charitable dinners, sports tournaments, hotel reservations, ticket requests, special meals, patron lists, transportation requests, souvenir journals ad contracts, etc...


THE SERVICE IS FREE  TO ALL LODGES, CHAPTERS, AND AFFILIATED BODIES OF PRINCE HALL MASONRY
By posting advertisements, on our website, the information becomes available for view/download  by your customers on a 24 hour basis.

Eureka #52 & Bethel #58 2019 black & white ball

Announcement

 

The Officers and members of Eureka Lodge No. 52, to invite you to join us as we host our 2019 Black and White Unity Ball along with Bethel Chapter No. 58 and celebrate the Lodge’s 165 year in existence.  

This auspicious occasion will be held at the , on Saturday, May 4, 2019 at 6:00 p.m.  Ticket donations are $65 per person, the deadline is Saturday, April 20, 2019.  .    There will be a Hospitality Friday night (Comedy Show Extravaganza), May 3, 2019 at 8:00 p.m. and one to follow the Ball portion on Saturday night.DoubleTree by Hilton Cleveland-Westlake, 1100 Crocker Rd, Westlake, OH 44145Please note, no tickets will be sold at the doorTickets can be mailed to your Lodge or Chapter if necessary after payment 4 May 2019 - Eureka Lodge #52 and Bethel Chapter #58

74th Annual youth grand session

Announcement

 

July 11 - 14, 2019

Office of Director of Youth Activities , I hope this letter finds you and your family well and in great health. This letter is to inform you of our 74th Annual Grand Session to be held at The University of Toledo in Toledo, Ohio on Thursday July 11th thru Sunday July 14th. This year’s theme is "It's not where you start, it's where you finish" and your attendance would be greatly appreciated. The cost of registration is $160.00 per person and deadline for registration is June 22, 2019: this price includes all meals, banquet ticket, T-shirt and your housing. There is also an additional $25.00 fee for all Advisors to cover the Mandatory background checks now required by the University of Toledo. (Please note that if you are found ineligible to attend Grand Session based on the results of your background check you will be required to reimburse Grand Council for this expense.) All Brothers should register through the closest local chapter in their area to ensure being counted as a member. The college WILL provide linen, however, you can bring your own towels and pillows if you choose. Everyone must be masonic dressed for all meeting and semi-formal dress for the banquet. (Masons this is Masonic dress with no aprons or gloves.) Friday night will be a joint dance social for the Princesses and Companions. The Most Valiant Grand Master Counselor and Grand Royal Queen Awards Banquet will be held on Saturday, which will start at 6:00 pm. If you are only attending the banquet the cost will be $35.00 per person with the deadline to register being June 29, 2019. (No tickets will be sold at the door) SUPPORT OUR YOUTH. The 36th Annual Grand Conclave of the David V. Moore Grand Guild,

Heroines of the Templar Crusades,

State of Ohio and Its Jurisdiction, PHA

will be convening on July 19-21, 2019 at the Doubletree by the Hilton Hotel,

Cleveland South, 6200 Quarry Lane, Independence, Ohio 44131.

It is a custom to have a Souvenir Journal at this time, and therefore,

we are soliciting your assistance making this Grand Conclave a profitable one.

We are asking that you please submit an Ad to support this endeavor.

Princesses and Sir Knights, we will greatly appreciate your consideration in this matter.
